The effects of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome can be relieved however. There are some surgeries that can repair some of the damage to the carpal tunnel area. Other ways to reduce risk factors and reduce pain are to take breaks from repetitive movements or when you start to feel tiredness in that area. Also, learn to do some stretching movements of the fingers, wrist and forearms to help reduce wear and tear on your muscles and reduce strain. Wear a brace if you need and don’t sleep resting on you or wrists or hands.
